Icons ;-)
With all my exams done and nothing left but wait and see what's gonna happen, I took the time and tried to create some icons by myself (with some tutorial help [info]icon_tutorial )

Just have a look and tell me whether you like them or not. Any suggestions, links or maybe hints to improve are welcome and appreciated.

Oh wow, they're really beautiful! All of them. I especially like the one of Hanni and Martin. Those were the days, hm? *sighs* I like the texture in the Martin icon and the color of the Björn icon above it (nr 2). And the Hanni icon (nr 8) is really cool as well. The way you cropped it looks great.

And I LOVE Rory and Logan. *gg* Icon 12 is really cute as is 11. And 23 awwww.

I can't really comment on 6x14 since I haven't seen it so far. *hmpf* I really, really want to d/l it soon. can't wait to watch it.

*sighs* I'd love to see Hanni jump again. And Martin makes me sad these days as well. I hope he can find his form again in Turin.

At first it was Rory/Jess for me but now it's all about Rory/Logan. :P

Hehe, I'm Janne obsessed, what can I say. Had so find someone to cheer for after Hanni retired. And yes, that tatoo belongs to him. Looks even better in reality. *gg*

Hm, the only page I know of that has some good pictures is Skipringen.com. But you have to take screencaps because they've blocked right klicks. *kicks them* Other than that you have to google them I fear. I do know a couple of Janne sites but they only have low resolution pictures mostly. Sorry. :(

Me too, I missed Hanni so much in Willingen and Martin too. That's why I'm looking so much forward to Turin, hope that Martin will jump again.

Janne is amazing, in fact I really can't decide whom to cheer for, now that Hanni isn't jumping anymore. There are five or six jumpers at the mom that I like a lot. Janne is of course one of them *g* I love seeing him fly, it always looks so graceful. I knew I saw that tattoo before ;-) You saw it in reality? Aww you really got me jealous now *g*

Okay I'm gonna go on google pictures as I did before thanx anyway =)

okay, a bit of constructive critisicm (?)

A lot of the icons are very nice... but a lot of them are really blurry... Try sharpening it a bit more, and if it's too sharpened, soft sharpen it a bit... Also a lot of the icons are a bit too bright for my taste... But since it's your first try it's good... I look forward to your icons in the future ;)

My fav is #14!

will do, thanx a lot for all the help. I also changed from picture trail to photobucket, cause I had that suspicion for a long time that uploading pics to picture trail makes them a bit blurry, hope it's a better now.

it does seem to be less blurry yes... I never knew that the upload provider could make a pic blurry

Oooooo, Nice! I had to take a couple, LDB Finn, Diva Paris and Coffee Boy Logan. Full credit will be given to you.

And I liked it, though I can't wait to see next weeks Valentine getaway. I think that what I liked the most is that Christopher finally got to meet Logan...properly. And that someone finally likes him.

Agree, this Christopher/Logan chat was definitely fun. First it seemed all so awkward and suddenly they had a conversation going on like they knew each other for a long time.

Also can't wait to see next weeks episode, have to check out the spoilers *g*

These are your first try? Wow, they are great :) I like your ski jumping icons the best, but my favorite is #21 with Paris, it's so true, lol.

Logan icons are love! Will take a few and credit. Thank you so much.

Nice job for a first time. I agree, some are a little bright, and I always like readable text over tiny, I that's my problem. ^_^ Love the icons.

And last weeks episode was awesome. I loved every minute of it. Rory's dad is so cool. I'm excited for Valentine's day too. But the best episode so far was the one before last, with the newspaper and Logan and Rory finally kissing again. He was so awesome.

Okay...no more rambling. Good job. =)

The newspaper episode was one of my faves so far, too. Don't ask me why but I loved the part with Logan and what he said about the yo-yo. Never mind, think I'm just a bit crazy sometimes =)

Look really great. For some reason that I am unaware of (possibly the coloring or cropping or I really don't know) 18 strikes me as really gorgeous. I love Rory and Logan together so much. 11 makes me happy! Not taking any at the moment, but very nice job.

I've already commented, but I was just looking at some old icon posts in my community ([info]booksnifferanon)and so yeah, here I am again! I just wanted to commend you on the Rent lyrics used on the icons (9, 10, 21). My two biggest obsessions on one (or 3 in this case) icon(s).
